(1) The National Committee as per Section 23 of the Act shall have the following chairman and members:-

(a) Secretary, Ministry of Women, Children and Social Welfare Chairman
(b) Joint Secretary, Member, Ministry of Labour (c) Joint Secretary, Member of the Ministry of Home Affairs
(d) Joint Secretary, Ministry of Foreign Affairs Member
(e) Associate Solicitor, Member of the Office of the Solicitor General
(f) Deputy Inspector General of Police, Member of Nepal Police (G) Three women members nominated by the Ministry based on the principle of inclusiveness as much as possible from among the organizations or individuals working in the field of human trafficking and anti-trafficking
(h) Two female members nominated by the Ministry from among the victims of human trafficking and trafficking. (i) Joint Secretary, Ministry of Women, Children and Social Welfare Member-Secretary
(2) The term of office of the members as per clause (g) and (h) of sub-rule (1) shall be four years.
(3) According to clauses (b), (c), (d), (e), (f) and (j) of sub-rule (1), the concerned body shall nominate women as far as available.
